Job Description

Lead, Business Process Improvement

Maleda Tech

• Lead end-to-end process improvement initiatives, from discovery and root-cause analysis through design, implementation, and measurement. • Map current-state workflows, surface bottlenecks, and quantify the impact of inefficiencies using data. • Design and document future-state processes, including standard operating procedures, controls, and success metrics. • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders across operations, product, finance, and other teams to align on priorities and secure buy-in. • Facilitate workshops and working sessions to gather input, build consensus, and drive decisions. • Define and track KPIs to measure the effectiveness of process changes and report progress to leadership. • Identify opportunities for automation and tooling to reduce manual effort and improve consistency. • Coach and enable teams to sustain improvements after rollout.

Job Requirements

  • Significant experience leading business process improvement, operations excellence, or continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Demonstrated ability to map, analyze, and redesign complex processes that span multiple teams or functions.
  • Strong analytical skills, with comfort using data to diagnose problems and measure outcomes.
  • Proven success driving change in ambiguous, fast-moving environments without relying on formal authority.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, including the ability to influence senior leaders.
  • Experience facilitating workshops and leading cross-functional working groups.
  • Track record of delivering measurable results at scale.
