Role Description The Project Manager III (PM III) leads large, complex, and high-profile projects and programs utilizing waterfall processes or Agile processes where applicable. The PM III ensures projects, project deliverables, and programs are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards. • As a Principal Field Project Manager, you will be responsible for all project management processes on high-complexity projects, or a portfolio of medium to high-complexity projects. • Lead and establish a healthy collaborative working environment with large teams, including cross-department roles such as Project Controls, Quality, Engineering and other Project Managers. • You will report to the Manager Field Service Operations and will be considered a remote employee and will travel to specified project locations. • You will lead a variety of welding, machining and large components replacement projects performed during nuclear power plant outages. • Oversee and provide input to development of cost estimates and proposals for field service projects, in the nuclear power sector. • Support customer negotiations and be an advocate for Westinghouse value-added opportunities at customer sites. • Complete the project planning processes, including authoring project management plans, procedures, schedules, challenge meetings, cost baselines/projections and financials reporting, invoicing, risk and partner registers. • Be the driving factor during project execution that lead teams to safe and event-free, first-time quality project deliveries including schedule performance vs. baseline, tracking and projecting financials, invoicing, logging project performance details and lessons learned, and active partner management with internal and external communications. • Develop and implement recovery plans when projects are off-track. • Ensure project closure by archiving work in financial, scheduling, document management, and resource management systems/tools. • Perform final project quality assessments and reports. • Communicate best practices, opportunities for improvement, lessons learned, and risk avoidance for future work.

• Lead end-to-end project management for enterprise-level web development projects, including website redesigns, CMS implementations, and digital platform integrations, ensuring on-time delivery within scope and budget • Collaborate closely with marketing content strategists, marketing analytics specialists, UX/UI designers, and engineering teams to define project requirements and technical specifications for web-based educational platforms and marketing sites • Manage the implementation and optimization of the WordPress content management system, ensuring scalable content workflows and user-friendly authoring experiences • Oversee the integration of design systems and component libraries across multiple web properties, maintaining brand consistency and accessibility standards • Coordinate the deployment and optimization of marketing technology stack, including analytics platforms (Google Analytics, DataDog), marketing automation tools (HubSpot) • Monitor project health through comprehensive reporting on timelines, resource allocation, risk mitigation, and ROI metrics, building and maintaining dashboards for sprint progress, delivery metrics, and workload visibility using tools such as Jira dashboards and Smartsheets, and providing regular updates to executive leadership with tools such as Jira and Adobe Workfront • Establish and maintain quality assurance processes for web development projects, including user acceptance testing, accessibility compliance (WCAG 2.2), and performance optimization • Serve as the primary point of contact for status updates on development requests, proactively communicating progress, risks, blockers, delays, and tradeoffs to stakeholders; provide regular updates and track and communicate KPIs related to delivery efficiency, ensuring clear expectations on timelines and alignment across stakeholders

Role Description This position travels throughout the United States. Zero dB Communications (ZdB) is a leading fiber optic full turnkey contractor headquartered in Spokane, Washington with offices throughout the West Coast specializing in splicing/testing and placing fiber optic cables. Job duties include: - Traveling to remote job sites for extended periods of time. - Splicing fiber optic cables in both outdoor and indoor settings. - Testing, troubleshooting, reading, creating, and maintaining splicing schematics and diagrams. Individuals in this role must be comfortable with full-time travel and working with customers and technology on a daily basis. This is a remote position which means you would travel to the field from home per assignment. The targeted area for deployment is in the central region of the US, however, is not limited to. Qualifications - Excellent communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team. - At least 1 year of previous experience in the fiber optic field is preferred. - Valid driver’s license with a driving record that meets company’s minimum safety standard. - Strong computer skills with Microsoft applications. - In-depth understanding of technology-based services, products, and networking. - Desirable work experience includes field engineering and project lead responsibility. - Able to meet physical requirements: climb ladders, work in confined spaces and/or various heights, lift and/or move up to 50 lbs., squat, kneel, bend, crawl, and stand for long periods of time. - Enjoy working outdoors in all types of weather. - Self-starter with a positive attitude and willingness to work. Requirements - Required to work a minimum of 40 hours per week. - 8-12 hours shifts Monday-Sunday. - Must be available to work weekends, holidays, evenings, and additional hours as needed. - Travel is required and will be up to 80% of the assigned duties. - Employment is contingent on successful completion of a pre-employment screen, to include a drug test and an acceptable driving record.
