• Learn to use and master AtomEngine to create and run war-game scenarios in single-player and multi-player configurations. • Identify bugs, provide feedback, and identify opportunities for improvement in AtomEngine and in Battle Road’s processes. • Perform a variety of Testing tasks in a timely, efficient, and thorough manner. • Tasks include Load Testing, Stability Testing, Functionality Testing, and other tasks as needed. • Communicate effectively with team members to learn new systems quickly, get & stay unblocked, and provide actionable test results in real time. • Be agile and adaptive to the demands of fast-moving workflows, priorities, and deliverables. • Work with Test leadership to create and maintain clear, detailed test plans and procedures. • Test AtomEngine’s Developer Mod Kit, identifying and reporting bugs as well as providing feedback to ensure the best user experience possible.

• Extend and maintain our mature WebdriverIO automation framework using a component-based Page Object pattern • Write and execute automated tests across web and React Native mobile applications (iOS and Android) using WebdriverIO and cloud-based device testing platforms • Perform functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing • Integrate automated testing into our CI/CD pipelines to support fast, reliable releases • Debug issues, analyze results, and provide actionable insights to improve product quality • Partner with developers to define effective test strategies for new and existing features • Champion best practices in test automation, including scalability, reliability, and maintainability • Contribute to sprint planning, stand-ups, and grooming sessions to ensure strong test coverage • Create and maintain clear test plans, test cases, and reporting documentation • Promote quality, automation, and testability throughout the software development lifecycle • Collaborate across multiple development pods, balancing priorities and maintaining quality standards simultaneously • Support shift-left testing practices to catch issues earlier and reduce downstream risk

Role Description The Registered Nurse - Utilization Management I is responsible for supporting specific utilization management (UM) program functions within the Clinical Operations department. UM program functions include Benefit Management, Benefit Review, Appeals and Grievances and Health Related Services (HRS). Together they support the healthcare needs of members, determine the best medically appropriate services, and apply clinical-based criteria for decision-making while managing medical expenses. NOTE: This position focuses on Appeals and Grievance. Qualifications - Current unrestricted Oregon RN license - Minimum 2 years RN experience OR 1 year RN experience AND 3 years’ experience in healthcare setting role(s) such as billing, coding, medical assistant, etc. - More than 1 year RN experience (preferred) - Healthcare utilization management experience in the functional focus area (Appeals and Grievance, Benefits Review or Benefit Management) (preferred) - Experience with Medicaid and/or Medicare utilization management (preferred) Requirements - Communicate with members and/or providers in a professional manner and in accordance with State and Federal requirements as needed to complete requests. - Maintain confidentiality of all discussions, records, and other data in connection with quality management activities according to professional standards. - Refer members to care coordination per policies and procedures. - Maintain accurate and complete documentation. - Collaborate with Medical Directors to determine medical necessity and appropriateness of care for benefits requested and/or rendered. - Work with clinical support staff to ensure service requests, authorizations and/or grievances are managed in accordance with state and federal guidelines. - Identify and refer potential quality of care issues for peer review. - Ensure that authorization decisions are based on organizational policy and state and federal coverage rules. - Gather and submit documents for third party case review; this includes all documentation and follow-up activities. - Issue denial notices based on established unit protocols and state and/or federal requirements. - Assist with periodic audits, general quality management and improvement activities, and other regulatory activities as needed. - Foster collaboration with teams across the Clinical Operations department to ensure work and goals are met. - Meet or exceed department production, timelines, and quality standards established for level I. - May participate in departmental workgroups or projects as assigned. - Support testing for system updates and implementations as assigned. - May help train new staff and teammates as assigned. - Cross train in additional functional focus areas as assigned. • Ensures that company procedures (GP, GPS, QSP, etc.) and regulatory standards (FDA, CFR, MDR, ISO, etc.) are followed with respect to assigned areas of responsibility. • Consult with Merit staff regarding the use of products in a clinical setting by clinicians. Provides clinical input for new product design and development. • Works with Sales Representatives and customers to clarify, obtain, and/or better understand the clinical information in relation to reported product complaints. • Answers incoming customer calls to collect clinical information. • Provides clinical training to employees and customers on the complaint system requirements. • Establish relationships and builds confidence among lab staff, physicians, Sales Representatives, and other Merit customers. • Ensures clinical details involving customer complaints are documented. • Attends meetings to help determine which events/incidents require notification to regulatory authorities. • Creates and submits reportable adverse events to regulatory agencies. • May supervise the work of technicians or others who assist in related assignments. • Responsible for complaint Nonconformances (NC’s) and Corrective Preventive Actions (CAPA) and investigates, resolves issues and determines course of action. • Initiates and/or implements action to prevent occurrence or use of nonconforming components, manufacturing materials or finished devices. • Identifies and records any product, process and quality system problems. • Provide clinical input on and approve investigation methods and experiments. • Provide clinical input from a complaint perspective on CRA, HSA and FMEA development. • Write documents to address complaints, investigations, or reports requiring clinical input. • Makes presentations at and/or attends local, regional, and national meetings requiring clinical expertise, knowledge, and experience. • Performs other duties and tasks as required.
