• Serve as a trusted advisor to commercial business leaders, using advanced analytics and strong consulting skills to shape strategy and drive measurable business outcomes. • Lead complex, cross-functional analytical initiatives from problem definition through recommendation and implementation. • Proactively identify emerging trends, risks, and opportunities within the commercial book of business and influence decisions at senior leadership levels. • Regularly lead and contribute to enterprise-impact initiatives, mentor and develop less experienced analysts, and ensure analytical rigor, consistency, and business relevance across deliverables.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in mathematics, business, statistics, economics, computer science or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 8 years of analytical experience in a related industry is required.
- Superior research, statistical, analytical, data processing and mathematical skills with ability to structure and conduct analyses.
- Demonstrated leadership and mentoring experience are essential.
- Expert skills in Microsoft Office Suite, SQL, Visual Basic, data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau, and various structured analysis and design techniques.
- Skills to coach, mentor, evaluate and provide training, guidance and constructive feedback to staff.
- Expert knowledge of insurance, accounting and rate-making concepts.

Role Description Innovative Renal Care is seeking a detail-oriented Eligibility Specialist to manage insurance processing and benefit verification for our dialysis clinics. In this fully remote role, you will serve as a critical link between patients, clinic staff, and insurance providers to ensure seamless access to care. - Perform comprehensive benefit verifications via phone or online tools to confirm patient coverage and network status specific to the rendering clinic. - Maintain 100% accuracy of patient insurance records within the billing system, proactively initiating updates as coverage changes occur. - Serve as the primary internal contact for complex insurance setups and coordination of benefits (COB), ensuring strict compliance with Medicare and CMS rules. - Partner closely with clinic staff, collections, and insurance educators to ensure timely verification and a seamless setup for all insurance changes. - Manage region- and clinic-specific reports to track new or inactive policies, preventing billing delays or lapses in life-sustaining patient coverage. - Communicate proactively with patients and clinic teams regarding the loss of insurance benefits to prevent disruptions in dialysis treatment. - Initiate authorization requests as required by specific insurance providers and clinic network status.
