Program Manager, Analyst – Ecommerce Product

• You'll manage the full lifecycle of complex programs, keeping stakeholders aligned and hitting deadlines across multiple time zones. • Beyond project orchestration, you'll dive into financial modeling and market analysis to help size opportunities and shape strategy. • Expect to work extensively in Google Sheets and SQL, pulling insights from global datasets and translating them into clear, compelling decks for leadership. • You'll partner closely with cross-functional teams across business, product, and operations; Strong communication and the ability to distill complexity are essential.

Job Requirements

  • 5-10 years of experience in program management, business operations, consulting, or analytical roles
  • Strong analytical foundation : financial modeling, market sizing, comfort wrangling large, messy datasets
  • Technical skills : Advanced Google Workspace (especially Sheets), SQL proficiency
  • Program management fundamentals : stakeholder management, deadline-driven execution, ability to keep complex initiatives on track
  • Communication skills : Deck building, translating data into strategy, collaborating across functions
  • Consulting or business background preferred (marketing experience not required)
  • MBA not required
