Role Description We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and fully Bilingual (English & Spanish) Financial Transaction Coordinator to start ASAP. This role is the central hub for managing real estate closing pipelines, tracking financial transactions, and administering day-to-day workflows. This is the right role for an efficient, self-motivated individual who excels at keeping files organized, tracking strict financial/legal deadlines, and communicating clearly with clients, agents, and lenders. - Coordinate and manage real estate transaction files from open to close, ensuring all milestones are met. - Track financial milestones and transaction steps, including monitoring earnest money deposits (EMD), escrow timelines, and verifying receipt of necessary transaction documents. - Act as a primary point of contact for clients, agents, lenders, and internal team members in both English and Spanish. - Organize, maintain, and update closing pipelines and administrative documentation using Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive) and Excel. - Schedule and coordinate closing timelines, meetings, and Zoom calls between all parties. - Follow up diligently on missing documents, signatures, and title requirements to ensure no delays in the closing process. - Maintain clear, consistent, and professional communication to uphold the law firm's high standards. Qualifications - 1–3 years of experience in a similar role managing real estate transactions, pipelines, and closings. - Proven experience working with US-based companies, understanding of US estate transactions is preferred. - Experience working within a US law firm is preferred. - Fully bilingual with professional-level verbal and written fluency in both English and Spanish. - Proficiency with foundational administrative tools including Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive), Microsoft Excel, and Zoom. - Demonstrated ability to manage multiple files simultaneously with high attention to mathematical and dates-based detail. About the Team The Financial Crime Compliance (FCC) team at Airwallex is a strategically vital function operating under a clear Three Lines of Defense model. As the independent second line, FCC owns the global AML/CTF program, sanctions framework, risk assessment methodology, and governance infrastructure across all global entities.
