Role Description As a Sr. Inside Sales Associate on the Client Discovery team, you’ll play a pivotal role by engaging with prospective clients through a consultative needs-based dialogue that generates enthusiasm to meet with our industry-leading financial planners. Using an assigned book of leads generated by our marketing department and partners, you’ll provide a best-in-class experience that builds value in EFE’s Wealth Management services. In addition to an earnest desire to help people, we are looking for the ideal candidate to complement the team’s existing talents. For this Sr. Inside Sales Associate role, we are seeking a candidate with excellent interpersonal and communication skills to help clearly articulate and personalize EFE’s differentiators to drive lead conversion. If you are goal-oriented, persuasive, confident, with a strong desire to be a top performer, and able to build strong prospective client relationships, this may be an opportunity for you! - Effectively engages prospects in exploratory dialogue to identify needs/wants and value expectations to support the achievement of prospects’ objectives. - Applies knowledge of EFE’s Financial Planning capabilities to promote products and services (retirement planning, investments, estate planning, insurance, and tax planning) to convey how EFE financial planners could potentially address their needs. - Accurately assess prospect’s needs and build a prospect profile to identify the right tier/treatment based on defined assignment criteria, while collecting and recording crucial client information for Planners. - Support marketing strategies to attract, convert, and retain new clients; provide insights/feedback to business partners on prospects’ desires, needs, and areas of concern. - Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing with Planners and other internal partners to share information about the prospect’s interaction. Qualifications - 5+ years in a sales-based contact center environment; experience in financial services is a plus. - Proven ability to drive strong results from an assigned book of leads. - Strong interpersonal/communication skills and experience using emotional intelligence. - Passionate about proactively seeking coaching & development opportunities. - Previous financial license or desire to obtain a license is a bonus. - Bachelor’s Degree preferred. Requirements - Edelman Financial Engines takes a market-based approach to pay. The expected total compensation range for this role nationally is $120,000 to $140,000. - Final base pay will be carefully determined based on several factors, including responsibilities, job-related skills, relevant experience, geographic location, and market conditions. - This role may be eligible for other forms of compensation and benefits, such as a discretionary bonus, health, dental and other wellness plans, and 401(k) contributions. Role Description The Regional Inside Sale Associate (RISA) will retain and grow existing customers within the Vestis Direct Sales business region. The RISA is responsible for increasing purchase frequency, average order size and generating sales leads to the field based Direct Sale Executive (DSE) to grow the business. The RISA will partner with their DSE to achieve team targets and the RISA is accountable to achieve individual sales metrics on a daily basis. This role is remote in portions of the Northeast United States. Responsibilities/Essential Functions - Achieves or exceeds assigned revenue and margin quotas by: - Maintaining frequency of purchase and increasing the average order size planned for that region. - Reducing or maintaining discount levels to business objectives. - Providing 10 samples weekly and closing 2 weekly. - Effectively negotiating and managing pricing strategies to ensure balance between needs of the customer and Vestis. - Qualifying warm or hot leads opportunities and immediately passing these leads to the appropriate DSE. - Conducting a high volume of outbound calls (50 per day) to accounts assigned to the region. - Providing 10 weekly leads to the DSE using Salesforce.com. - Effectively using SFA to track all accounts, contacts and activities. Updating SFA regularly on all opportunities. - Providing 50 price quotes, leads or RFP’s to customers and closing 60% of these weekly. - Positioning and selling Vestis Direct Sale value proposition. - Delegating all post sale and customer service activity to appropriate sales support representative. - Proactively expanding business within existing account base.
