Role Description We are currently searching for a Net fullstack - Azure: - Design and implement end-to-end features across both frontend and backend technical stacks. - Work on both frontend and backend code to ensure seamless application functionality and performance. - Build and consume robust APIs to support platform integrations and ecosystem communication. - Handle data access and persistence layers efficiently within enterprise databases. - Support cloud deployment and environments ensuring modern DevOps and hosting standards. - Collaborate closely with product managers, architects, and QA engineers to deliver high-quality digital solutions. Qualifications - Strong development experience with Microsoft .NET for core backend engineering. - Hands-on development proficiency with ReactJS for building modern frontend interfaces. - Proven experience working with Azure cloud platform services and cloud deployments. - Technical knowledge and development experience with SharePoint Online ecosystems. - Solid expertise in API development (building and consuming web services). - Deep understanding of data access, data persistence, and architectural design patterns. - Advanced Oral English. - Advanced Spanish. • Contribute to the design and implementation of product features that align with technical strategy, quality standards, and functional requirements. • Develop clean, maintainable code along with corresponding automated tests. • Participate in release planning, providing reliable estimations and delivering work that meets scope and quality expectations. • Engage in code reviews and other collaborative engineering practices. • Take part in daily standups, sprint ceremonies, and retrospective discussions. • Participate in security reviews of new development to help ensure compliance with Sophos security requirements and industry best practices. • Troubleshoot and resolve issues, escalating complex problems to more senior team members when appropriate.

• Design, build, and maintain features in a modern Rails codebase. • Own background and asynchronous workflows including retries, idempotency, throughput, and observability. • Model, query, and optimize data in a document-oriented datastore environment. • Build and maintain HTTP APIs and third-party integrations including webhooks, authentication, billing, and notifications. • Diagnose and resolve production issues in collaboration with product and support. • Improve system reliability, performance, and operational safety. • Contribute to long-term code health through refactoring, testing improvements, security practices, and thoughtful code review.
