• You are responsible for end-to-end sales success: team leadership, processes, pipeline & forecast, go-to-market development and a sustainable closing culture – for a customer base ranging from small shops to large brands • Leadership, coaching & culture: lead and develop the sales team (coach/mentor, clear goals, feedback, enablement) • Strengthen a closing culture: pragmatic, accountable, performance-oriented – without “sales theater” • Evolve roles, responsibilities and (if necessary) team structure including hiring/onboarding • Develop and implement the sales strategy to scale PAQATO further in the SaaS space • Strategic new business acquisition including active personal involvement (hands-on) • Own and execute active outbound new business acquisition (cold outreach): identify target accounts, set up outreach sequences and conduct regular outbound calls to schedule meetings and generate pipeline • Responsible for the entire sales funnel: pipeline transparency, forecast quality, revenue projections • Establish/expand KPI-driven work (e.g. conversion, cycle time, win rates, pipeline coverage) • Work closely with Customer Success on retention, cross-sell and upsell strategies • Continuously monitor the market and competitors to identify new approaches and clearly position PAQATO • Tight integration with Marketing to increase revenue: sharpen ICP, messaging, funnel feedback

• Architecture and further development of a scalable service architecture (PHP/Laravel), including service decomposition, interface design and stability • Design and implementation of APIs as well as integration of external APIs and third-party systems • Data & Performance: database design, query optimization and performance tuning in MySQL and Elasticsearch • Quality assurance: unit and integration tests, code reviews, documentation, clean debugging, sustainable refactorings and best practices • Cross-functional collaboration with Product Management, Customer Success, Data and Ops, including presenting results and technical roadmaps
• Lead and develop our sales team: You will manage a motivated team of sales professionals and jointly set clear goals and strategies • Strategic new customer acquisition: You are responsible for acquiring new customers, developing sales processes, and engaging directly with prospective clients • End-to-end sales process: From initial outreach and online product demonstrations to proposal creation, contract negotiation and closing — you will manage the entire sales cycle • Customer retention and upselling: Together with our Customer Success team, you will develop strategies to retain existing customers and identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities • Cross-functional collaboration: You will work closely with Marketing, Product Management and Customer Success to continuously optimize the sales strategy
