• Lead the end-to-end onboarding and implementation process for new customers, including kickoff meetings, project planning, timeline management, system configuration, testing, training, and go-live coordination. • Manage customer-specific data feeds and integrations, ensuring accurate and timely data exchange between systems while partnering closely with internal technical teams and external customer stakeholders. • Build trusted relationships with customer stakeholders at multiple levels, acting as the primary point of contact throughout implementation and ensuring alignment across all parties involved in the launch process. • Drive implementation milestones, proactively identify risks or blockers, and ensure projects remain on track through effective communication and cross-functional collaboration. • Identify opportunities to optimize onboarding workflows, implementation processes, and customer experience as the organization scales. • Work closely with Sales, Product, Engineering, Operations, and Support teams to ensure a seamless customer onboarding and launch experience. • Support cross-functional operational and strategic initiatives as needed.

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Implementation Management, Customer Success, Project Management, Account Management, or a similar client-facing role in a digital health solution environment involving benefits administration.
  • Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand and manage data feeds, integrations, and system configurations.
  • Ability to manage through ambiguity, build processes, and help scale implementation operations within a fast-growing organization.
  • Ability to manage complex ecosystem vendor partners within a healthcare and benefit program.
  • Proven track record of managing cross-functional projects and building strong relationships with customer stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results on time.
  • Excellent communication skills with a proactive and solutions-oriented mindset.
