Role Description Our client is seeking a ServiceNow developer to support and scale their existing ServiceNow environment. The immediate focus will be helping reduce a growing backlog across multiple modules while partnering closely with an existing developer. This role will start with enhancement and backlog work and is expected to evolve into longer-term project work, including a planned migration from Service Portal to Employee Service Center. The ideal candidate will be strong technically, understand ServiceNow architecture, and communicate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders. This team already has ITSM resources and this role focuses on HRSD and CSM. Qualifications - 10+ years of IT experience - 8-10+ years of ServiceNow development experience - Recent projects supporting HRSD and CSM (Not ITSM) - Hands-on ServiceNow developer with architecture awareness - Experience working across multiple modules in a single instance - Comfortable collaborating closely with another developer in the same environment - Service Portal → Employee Service Center migration experience - Able to ramp quickly and work independently with minimal training - Experience acting as a thought partner (not just ticket-taker) - ServiceNow Legal Service Delivery - ServiceNow Employee Service Center (ESC) - Expert Level Requirements - CANDIDATES MUST LIVE WITHIN IL or 3-4 HRS DRIVING DISTANCE TO BLOOMINGTON, IL, or willing to relocate - MUST HAVE STRONG HRSD and CSM EXPERIENCE Benefits - Medical, dental & vision - Critical Illness, Accident, and Hospital - 401(k) Retirement Plan – Pre-tax and Roth post-tax contributions available - Life Insurance (Voluntary Life & AD&D for the employee and dependents) - Short and long-term disability - Health Spending Account (HSA) - Transportation benefits - Employee Assistance Program - Time Off/Leave (PTO, Vacation or Sick Leave) Company Description We're partners in transformation.
