• Own the full post-sale order lifecycle from entry to delivery • Enter orders accurately into systems within 1 business day • Submit purchase orders and coordinate with vendors • Review pricing, attach artwork, and approve standard proofs • Track production and ensure timely, accurate delivery • Manage and coordinate online store builds and updates • Maintain visibility on store status through dashboards and tracking • Conduct weekly audits to ensure accuracy and performance • Resolve issues related to inventory, links, and user access • Act as the primary point of contact for vendors after a sale • Provide consistent order updates and send tracking information promptly • Ensure no open order goes without communication or visibility • Maintain CRM data accuracy and run regular audits • Build and manage dashboards for order tracking, delivery, and performance • Identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements • Use AI tools to streamline workflows, document SOPs, and increase efficiency • Monitor invoices and follow up on past-due payments • Support quoting and presentation preparation when needed • Assist with maintaining organized and up-to-date operational records

• Coordinate international freight operations across UK, US, and EU regions. • Manage and track inventory levels to ensure availability and accuracy. • Oversee wholesale order processing, fulfillment, and delivery timelines. • Utilize ERP systems (NetSuite, SAP, Odoo, or similar) for operations management. • Collaborate with suppliers, logistics partners, and internal teams to optimize workflow. • Ensure compliance with international shipping regulations and documentation. • Analyze logistics and inventory data to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

• Own end-to-end client operations for a portfolio of large health system and hospital clients • Work closely with implementations teams to ensure continued implementation quality • Use Metabase, BigQuery, and internal reporting tools to turn operational signal into client-facing strategy • Serve as a credible strategic counterpart to our Client Success team partners and clients • Partner cross-functionally on IDR strategy and payer compliance work • Mentor analysts on the team and contribute to playbooks
