Role Description We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Customer Experience Administrative Assistant to support our Customer Experience organization with basic administrative tasks. This entry-level temporary position is ideal for someone looking to gain experience in a professional setting while contributing to key operational processes. The role involves: - Assisting with documentation, data entry, scheduling, and general administrative functions to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Key Responsibilities - Perform data entry and maintain accurate records in internal systems. - Assist with scheduling meetings, coordinating calendars, and managing correspondence. - Organize and update customer experience-related documents, reports, and files. - Support customer experience initiatives by compiling data and preparing summaries as needed. - Assist in processing paperwork, including internal requests and approvals. - Provide general administrative support to the team, including handling emails and responding to inquiries. - Help with tracking and reporting key metrics related to customer experience activities. - Perform other administrative tasks as assigned to support the efficiency of the department.
