Essential Functions - Process payroll for field employees - Collect and distribute field envelopes - Process expense reports for field employees - Complete various tasks working with Excel worksheets - May be required to process / onboard field employee new hires - May be required to manage distribution of safety information for field employees - Regular and predictable attendance - Essential functions of this position are to be performed in a Company-designated office or field location - Understand and comply with the Company’s Code of Business Conduct and Ethics and other industry-specific professional and ethical conduct standards - Other duties as assigned ABOUT YOU Qualifications - 1 to 2 years of clerical/administrative support experience - Bookkeeping experience is preferred Preferred Education - High school diploma or GED Knowledge/Skills/Abilities - Proficient in MS Office Suite applications, including Word and Excel - Ability to problem-solve - Ability to support multiple managers - Positive attitude and team player - Self-starter - Punctual and reliable WHAT WE OFFER - Temporary or Part-time positions are not eligible for company benefits. - Temporary or Part-time employees do not receive holiday pay. - The hourly rate is planned at $19.50 per hour, based on qualifications and experience. - The position is planned for approximately 20-25 hours per week - This position will remain posted for a minimum of three days.
