Role Description The Account Manager Senior Specialist is responsible for maintaining and growing assigned customer accounts by building strong relationships and driving revenue through consultative selling. You will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring satisfaction while identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
