Healthcare Manager – Assistant

Kids First

• Support administrative and operational projects across multiple states • File EIN applications and state registrations using internal processes and checklists • Assist with applications for business and healthcare licenses • Maintain licensing trackers, renewal requirements, and organizational records • Obtain and organize contact information for new LLCs and entities • Coordinate virtual office and mail forwarding setup • Assist with professional liability insurance applications and required documentation • Communicate with insurance companies to obtain updated provider manuals, fee schedules, and policy information • Enter insurance payors and fee schedules into spreadsheets and internal systems • Maintain organized operational records, trackers, and project documentation • Assist with outreach and research support, including building referral contact lists and outreach databases

Job Requirements

  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow established processes
  • Comfortable learning new systems, portals, and software
  • Strong follow-through and time management skills
  • Experience in administrative, healthcare, insurance, credentialing, or project coordination roles preferred
  • Remote work experience preferred
