- Support business development initiatives by identifying potential partnerships or market opportunities; - Assist in expanding the firm’s network of contacts; - Conduct market research and competitor analysis; - Contribute to brand visibility and awareness campaigns (events, conferences, sponsorships); - Support marketing initiatives; - Assist in organising and attending industry events; - Provide local market intelligence to the firm; - Support internal reporting on market trends and opportunities.

• Handle all managerial matters of the Expense Coordinators that make up the Travel and Reimbursement team which includes but is not limited to staffing, training and development. • Work with department HR representative for time-keeping and other related actions. • Conduct team meetings • Provide input on performance and conduct one-on-one meetings with direct reports. • Reconcile all corporate card payments each month, using Workday to ensure payments are posted correctly. • Oversee the setup, termination, reconciliation and compliance of the credit card program. • Work closely with the procurement team to ensure user Procurement Card compliance. • Review UAMS employee travel reimbursement requests for compliance with state and UAMS policies, regulations and prudent business practices. Responsible for accurate and timely payment of such travel reimbursement requests. • Ensure the department maintains positive relationships with customers, vendors, rental companies and travel agencies. This includes but is not limited to providing training, developing support documentation and offering guidance for customers as needed. • Performs other duties as assigned.

• Lead engagements end‑to‑end—from scoping and analysis through delivery—driving projects to completion. • Manage and develop junior team members; set milestones and ensure execution. • Communicate with clients throughout the engagement; present findings and deliverables in a clear, decision‑oriented, value‑adding way. • Perform and review complex financial analyses and economic/industry research. • Oversee preparation and quality of reports, exhibits, tables, and presentations across multiple models and assignments. • Contribute to practice development and process improvements. • Additional responsibilities as assigned

• Ensure that all customer contracting, client financial tools, deduction reconciliation, order alerts, data support are completed by the Business Manager Assistants within the required Acosta and Client guidelines. • Collaborate across multiple functional teams to strengthen and modernize services and capabilities. • Hire, train, develop, supervise, evaluate the Business Manager Assistant team. • Conduct regular team meetings and provide timely communication to the Business Manager Assistants. • Approve Atlas time management for all Business Manager Assistant.
