• Lead deep-dive discovery sessions to understand the prospect's current Contact Center and Field Service workflows • Configure and deliver compelling product demonstrations • Define success criteria and manage the scope of Pre-Sales POCs • Partner with the sales team to build ROI models • Lead responses to RFPs, RFIs, and InfoSec questionnaires • Act as the feedback loop between the market and the Neuron7 Product team.
