Role Description Posts insurance and patient payments, denials, adjustments, and deposits accurately and on time. - Processes electronic payment files (835/ERA) and resolves any posting or payer file issues. - Applies EOB payments, contractual adjustments, deductibles, copays, and rejection codes to patient accounts. - Researches missing or unidentified payments, recoupments, and credit balances to ensure proper resolution and reconciliation. - Maintains logs, spreadsheets, and productivity/quality standards while supporting accurate financial recordkeeping. Qualifications - High School Diploma preferred or two years of Medical Billing or Payment Posting Experience - Working knowledge of EOB’s, EFT’s and ERA’s - Knowledge of Managed Care Contracts, Medicare, and Medicaid - Excellent attention to detail - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Requirements - Competitive Benefits package – Eligibility starts the month after hire, with tiered options to choose from. - Compensation Reviews and Career Growth Opportunities. - Generous PTO Plans and Paid Holidays. - Proudly Certified as a Great Place to Work for Five Consecutive Years. Compensation The hourly range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00.
