Role Description We at Coforge are hiring a Business Intelligence (BI) Developer with the following skill set. - Use VS Code with AI Models (e.g., GitHub Copilot or similar) to accelerate development of SQL, Python, and analytics artifacts. - Critically review, validate, and refine AI-generated code to ensure correctness, performance, and alignment with business requirements. - Design, develop, and maintain Power BI reports, dashboards, and semantic models as the primary reporting platform. - Implement reusable datasets and semantic layers that enable self-service analytics at scale. - Develop advanced DAX measures and calculations aligned to standardized KPIs and definitions. - Develop and optimize SQL transformations to support analytics and reporting use cases. - Work with Databricks and cloud data platforms to curate and prepare data for BI consumption. - Ensure data accuracy, metric integrity, and model consistency across AI-assisted and manually developed assets. - Optimize Power BI models for performance, refresh efficiency, and scalability. - Implement security best practices, including Row-Level Security (RLS) and sensitivity labeling. - Document semantic definitions, assumptions, and design decisions to support governance and auditability. • Propose, facilitate and document modifications to existing business processes and operational workflows. • Analyze data in enterprise applications including Oracle EBS, Epic and Banner to meet reporting requirements. • Conduct customer meetings to obtain system definition and design approvals or develop system or workflow interfaces, and requirements gathering. • Analyze present and future system needs of customers and make recommendations on options and alternatives for implementing applications and systems or processes. • Ensure data integrity and validity of applications and systems. • Provide ongoing support, follow up and maintenance to existing applications and systems or workflows. • Assist in the development and design of system interfaces and data integration to support BI Reporting, Analysis and Application needs.

• Create new reports, dashboards, indicators, and metrics to track existing and new business needs for the Client Experience Team • Contribute to the business objective by providing trends, risks and opportunities in a timely matter to help the business optimize the tickets • Collaborate with Executive to understand business objectives and translate them into data requirements • Analyze and understand the departments you support to act as the person of reference for questions on insights and data accuracy • Propose and recommend improvements in the actual reporting of the assigned departments to enhance the insights generation • Share the insights gained from analysis with the company to increase the general knowledge of the company • Leverage the Fabric One Lake environment to optimize and transform data for each request • Leverage actual and new sources to provide added value insights
