Associate Project Manager

BRANDED

• Lead and manage all aspects of course development projects from initiation through launch across multiple formats and brands. • Ensure smooth operations and timely execution using monday.com as the project management platform. • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including program teams, faculty, instructional designers, and video production, to ensure alignment, accountability, and clarity across all phases of course development. • Act as a champion for project management best practices, helping ensure high-quality outcomes for our students. • Manage the Digital Learning team’s SharePoint site, ensuring resources, templates, and tools are organized and updated. • Facilitate and lead regular project meetings to communicate progress, review issues, and drive resolution. • Develop and oversee clear project documentation processes, including schedules, agendas, and meeting minutes, activity lists, and other project documentation. • Proactively identify and manage risks and provide actionable solutions to stakeholders. • Oversee the management of freelance copyeditors, including developing scopes of work, onboarding, timeline management, and quality control. • Continuously evaluate and improve workflows for efficiency. • Other duties and responsibilities may be assigned.

Job Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree is required.
  • CAPM certification is required; PMP certification is preferred and should be a professional development goal.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • 3-5 years of project management experience, ideally with a strong focus on course development and delivery.
  • Experience managing educational projects or working in a learning-focused organization is highly preferred.
  • Strategic thinker and collaborative problem solver with a proven ability to complete projects within a defined scope, budget, and timeline.
  • Strong experience with project management software and methodologies; experience with monday.com is a plus.
  • Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Resourceful, adaptable, and proactive.
  • Must be available to work on-site in New York City when requested.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
