Licensed Professional Counselor Location: Arkansas Position: Full-Time Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 per year Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Role Overview This position is for an Arkansas-licensed LPC who prefers focused therapy work without administrative overload. You will deliver virtual counseling services and support consistent clinical practices across a growing telehealth program. What You’ll Do - Conduct scheduled telehealth counseling sessions - Track client progress and adjust care plans accordingly - Maintain organized and compliant clinical records - Participate in case discussions and documentation reviews - Apply evidence-based approaches within established guidelines - Follow Arkansas counseling laws and ethical standards
Job Requirements
- Active Arkansas Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) license
- Master’s degree in Counseling or related field
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience after licensure
- Comfort working in a fully remote setting
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
