• Assist with the end-to-end coordination of flights, accommodation, and transfers, including the preparation of visa invitation packs and researching cost-effective options. • Assist with the lifecycle of financial requests within Sage, including stipends, local purchase orders, and credit card reconciliations, while ensuring strict adherence to procurement protocols. • Maintain and optimise SharePoint repositories and trackers (stipends, travel, and payments) to ensure all data is current, accessible, and repeatable. • Provide administrative tailwinds for in-person gatherings and retreats, coordinating with on-the-ground staff to ensure venue readiness and participant needs are met.

Job Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in a dedicated administrative or operations support role.
  • Proven experience processing requests in an ERP or finance workflow system (e.g., Sage ) and managing complex travel bookings.
  • Strong command of Microsoft Office (especially Excel) or Google Workspace.
  • Exceptional organisational skills with a "follow-through" mindset and the ability to handle high volumes of detail under pressure.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Experience within a non-profit, education, or programme-delivery environment.
  • Prior experience in a remote or hybrid team where proactive, independent follow-up is essential.
  • Proven ability to create templates, SOPs, and process documentation to improve efficiency.
