This role will be responsible for adding, editing, and maintaining Arabic-language content within our enterprise CMS. The ideal candidate can read and write Modern Standard Arabic fluently, understands basic HTML markup, and can work with structured content templates. This is a part-time position offering up to 30 hours per week. - Enter, update, and publish Arabic content in our enterprise CMS (experience with AEM, Sitecore, Drupal, or similar preferred). - Ensure accuracy of Arabic text, proper grammar, and cultural clarity. - Maintain consistency with brand voice and style guidelines across Arabic pages. - Apply basic HTML tags (headings, spans, classes, IDs) within CMS components. - Format content to align with right-to-left (RTL) layout conventions. - Collaborate with the English-language web team to ensure content parity. - QA Arabic pages for spacing, layout, formatting, broken links, and correct rendering. - Work with localized images, alt-text, meta descriptions, and page titles. - Verify content displays correctly across mobile and desktop devices. - Assist with Arabic SEO best practices and content optimization. Qualifications - Fluent in Arabic (reading + writing) — Modern Standard Arabic. - Experience with enterprise-level CMS (AEM, Sitecore, Drupal, WordPress, etc.). - Understanding of RTL content behavior. - Basic HTML knowledge (headings, lists, anchors, classes, IDs). - High attention to detail; zero tolerance for typos in either language. - Ability to follow structured workflows and publishing processes. - Strong communication skills and ability to work in a remote team environment. - Prefer experience with localization or translation workflows. - Prefer experience with Figma or similar design tools. - Prefer knowledge of basic SEO, metadata, and web accessibility. - Prefer familiarity with global brand guidelines and multilingual web practices. Duties and responsibilities - Working autonomously, completes POA for a caseload of patients and backfilling protected clinic slots for short dated bookings, undertaking a targeted history with assessment of past medical, operative and anaesthetic history. - Lead on the clinical triage of all patient Health Questionnaires to ensure appropriate POA pathway identified for all patients. - Local hospital short dated bookings process to be followed to reduce pressure points and to ensure a smooth patient journey for urgent cases. - Completes testing as per NICE guidelines (NG45), interprets and manages the results, and where appropriate initiates relevant referrals to appropriate staff. - Completes venepuncture, electrocardiogram, lung function testing and requesting of x-ray as per policy. - Identifies patients with specific health issues and undertakes relevant risk scoring where indicated and manages the results. - Demonstrates appropriate review of previous anaesthetic documentation and is able to demonstrate knowledge and understanding of the key factors that would require referral for anaesthetist assessment. - Follows up on outcomes of referrals to ensure fitness to proceed. - Provides information about any specific pre-operative instructions, intraoperative care and discharge. - Identifies cultural requirements, communication or other specialist health or social needs. - Liaises with the anaesthetist and surgeon to determine fitness to proceed. - Following assessment, seeks advice where necessary, to ensure the appropriate level of post-operative care can be determined. - Communicates any special requirements and essential resources to the MDT team.
