Job Requirements

  • 12+ years of professional experience in procurement, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
  • Minimum 5 years in Procurement of professional services categories
  • Experience in developing and implementing procurement strategies on a global scale
  • Proven track record in managing procurement categories such as property, facilities, and third-party professional services
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Broad knowledge of procurement software and tools
  • Professional certification such as CPSM, CIPS, or equivalent
  • French or Dutch language proficiency advantageous

This requires CEMI Procurement Agents’ approval and signature on purchase orders, agreements, and contracts related to the procurement of goods and services. As a member of the Procurement Services team of CEMI Procurement Agents, you will be part of a team-focused, fast-paced, demanding, and continuously evolving environment that provides University departments with the business skills required for the procurement of equipment, supplies, and services in assigned commodity area seeking the best total value package of quality, price, and service.
