Inbound Sales Analyst

Role Description As an Inbound Sales Analyst at Kora, you will be responsible for onboarding merchants, expanding our clientele, and identifying new opportunities in order to generate revenue, improve profitability, and help our business grow. We are looking for a talented and competitive inbound sales representative who thrives in a fast-paced sales cycle environment. You will also be responsible for identifying new business prospects and selling our products to them. In this role, you will maintain relationships with current clients and build and maintain relationships with new clients. Here are a couple of things you'll be doing: - Daily review of all inbound leads. - Engaging inbound leads through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels. - Following up with compliance for the review of merchants’ KYC documents. - Onboarding 80% of qualified inbound leads. - Work with other teammates in the sales team to ensure organizational growth. - Work closely with the Product, Merchant Success, and Operations teams. Qualifications - A minimum of 2 years experience as a Telesales agent, Business Development Associate, Sales analyst, or similar role experience in a fast-paced B2B payment infrastructure environment, financial services, or banking industry. - Experience in upselling to existing customers. - Proven inside sales experience. - Track record of over-achieving quota. - Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day. - Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools. - Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Strong listening and presentation skills. - Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively. - Interpersonal skills for building and developing relationships with clients and an ability to influence stakeholders. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to sell water to a drowning man!
