This is a remote position The successful candidate will be responsible for the design, configuration, implementation, and migration of web applications on Marine Corps enterprise networks. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: - Lead the design and implementation of enterprise solutions for F5 BIG-IP technologies, including the Application Security Manager (ASM/WAF), Local Traffic Manager (LTM), and Access Policy Manager (APM). - Support Marine Corps Enterprise applications, develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, troubleshoot complex application delivery issues, and manage. - Design, configure, and test Web Application Firewalls (WAF), Single Sign-On (SSO), Common Access Card (CAC) authentication, reverse web proxy, and cipher suites. - Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code and maintaining GIT repositories. - Develop, update, and finalize all technical documentation for F5 solutions. Analyze log data and troubleshoot operational deficiencies and network connectivity problems for web applications. - Manage the acquisition, installation, and lifecycle of DoD PKI certificates. - Achieve and maintain all required Information Assurance (IA) certifications and training for privileged access to the MCEN. Minimum Qualifications: - Bachelor’s Degree with at least 5 years of related experience supporting Web applications or F5 BIG-IP Technologies. Additional 4 years of experience may be substituted in lieu of degree. - Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code and maintaining GIT repositories. - DoDD 8140/8570 compliant/certified (e.g., current Security+ certification). Preferred Qualifications: - Current experience supporting Marine Corps Enterprise Networks - F5 Certified Technical Specialist certifications for ASM (Test 303), APM (Test 304), and LTM (Tests 301A/301B). Clearance Requirements: - An active DoD Secret clearance is required for this position. Physical Requirements: - Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%. - Needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc. - Frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations. The projected compensation range for this position is $98,000.00-$163,100.00. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
