• Manage an assigned panel of 400-450 patients and conduct required monthly outreach to ensure continuity of care. • Conduct 50-60 daily outbound calls to patients, providing care plan support and health coaching aligned to their specific needs. • Maintain call quality standards through consistent engagement and professional communication in every patient interaction. • Collaborate with clinical teams, providers, and caregivers to identify and address clinical and social needs. • Support care coordination goals by staying on schedule with monthly outreach targets. • Close gaps in patient care through Chronic Care Management, Behavioral Health Integration, and Remote Physiological Monitoring services. • Advocate for patient needs by actively listening to concerns, investigating issues, and communicating solutions to the patient’s care circle. • Document all patient interactions in real time using the care coordination platform.
Job Requirements
- Bilingual Spanish/English – Must be fluent in both written and spoken communication.
- Must hold a nationally recognized medical assistant certification (CMA, RMA, CCMA, NCMA, CMAC, or equivalent state-issued MA-C).
- OR Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT)
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in a healthcare setting.
- Experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMRs) and strong computer navigation skills.
- Proficiency in multiple technology platforms and ability to navigate complex systems.
- HIPAA-compliant home office setup with minimum 50 Mbps download / 5 Mbps upload internet capability.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Role Description We are seeking a licensed psychologist to conduct virtual psychological evaluations for adults and/or adolescents as needed on a very part-time basis. The psychologist will complete comprehensive psychological assessments utilizing standardized intellectual, behavioral, and adaptive functioning instruments in accordance with established evaluation guidelines and clinical standards. This position is ideal for a clinician seeking flexible, remote work with a low-volume caseload focused on evaluations, report writing, and professional clinical recommendations. Title: Country Approval Associate Location: Remote Mexico Full time Remote Join Us as a Country Approval Associate - Make an Impact at the Forefront of Innovation The Country Approval Associate supports the preparation, review and coordination of Country Submissions in line with global submission strategy. What You'll Do: - Prepare, review and coordinate, under guidance and local EC submissions in alignment with global submission strategy. - Support preparation, under guidance, of local MoH submissions, as applicable in alignment with global submission strategy. - Coordinate, under guidance, with internal functional departments to ensure various site start-up activities are aligned with submissions activities and mutually agreed upon timelines; ensure alignment of submission process for sites and study are aligned to the critical path for site activation. - Achieve company’s target cycle times for site. - May have contact with investigators for submission related activities. - May act as a key-contact at country level for either Ethical or Regulatory submission-related activities. - Work with the start-up CRA(s) to prepare the regulatory compliance review packages, as applicable. - Assist in developing country specific Patient Information Sheet/Informed Consent form documents. - Assist with grant budgets(s) and payment schedules negotiations with sites. - Enter and maintain trial status information relating to SIA activities onto company, or client (where contracted) tracking databases in an accurate and timely manner - Ensure the local country study files and filing processes are prepared, set up and maintained as per PPD WPDs or applicable client SOPs. - Maintain knowledge of and understand PPD SOPs, Client SOPs/directives, and current regulatory guidelines as applicable to services provided.
