• Serve as the Business Partner Lead for Customer Engagement • Report directly to the Senior Director for Business Intelligence & Market Access • Lead category & sourcing teams across Data, Analytics, Market Research, Competitive Intelligence, Consent & Campaign Management, Market Access, Value & Pricing • Spearhead initiatives to define partnership strategies and oversee business planning and governance • Unlock innovation and value realization across Global Commercial Operations • Foster collaboration and champion change to position Global Procurement as a strategic value driver within the organization • Forge strategic, high-impact partnerships with key stakeholders across Global Commercial Operations • Leverage market intelligence to craft business strategies that connect with category objectives • Work strategically with the supply base to drive supplier-enabled innovation that supports business partner objectives • Collaborate with Finance and cross-functional teams to generate, capture, and recognize value across the pipeline • Influence budgetary decisions and profit-and-loss outcomes to maximize impact • Promote the adoption of Procurement-led and business-aligned strategic initiatives.

Job Requirements

  • Master’s degree and 10 years of business partnering, marketing, and/or related experience, OR Bachelor’s degree and 12 years of business partnering, marketing, and/or related experience
  • At least 5 years experience directly managing people and/or leadership experience leading teams, projects, programs, or directing the allocation of resources
  • Must-Have Skills: Proven track record of leading procurement teams or data & analytics / value & access teams
  • Proven track record of collaborating with senior-level stakeholders as a trusted business partner.
  • Strong leadership and influence within matrixed teams
  • Led teams to achieve outstanding results demonstrating value beyond savings
  • Deep understanding of driving supplier-enabled innovation into commercial ecosystems
  • Exceptional change management skills
  • Outstanding communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.

Qualifications - Bachelor’s Degree or related reporting and business intelligence experience. - 5+ years of experience in reporting and business intelligence, demonstrating: - Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel including PowerQuery, Pivot Tables, and other advanced functions. - Proficiency in building reports and dashboards in Power BI or similar BI platform. - Ability to take raw data, perform necessary cleaning and transformations, and summarize as necessary to draw actionable conclusions. - Experience designing reports connecting to OLAP cubes or similar solutions preferred. - SQL experience strongly preferred. - Experienced and comfortable with full MS office suite. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to communicate effectively across multiple management levels. - Contribute to maintaining a positive work environment that fosters successful team performance. - Strong customer service, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills. - Exceptional time management skills and attention to detail.
