Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) Position: Full-Time Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 per year Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Location: Texas Role Summary This role is focused on providing consistent virtual therapy to clients across Texas. As an LPC, your day-to-day work includes assessment, structured sessions, and follow-up care that helps clients improve emotional regulation, coping skills, and overall functioning. Responsibilities - Deliver scheduled therapy sessions via secure telehealth platforms - Conduct intake assessments and establish treatment goals - Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation - Track client progress and adjust care plans - Follow clinical and ethical standards for virtual care

Job Requirements

  • Active Texas LPC license
  • Master’s degree in Counseling or a related discipline
  • Experience providing outpatient mental health therapy
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote setting
  • Strong written communication and time management skills
