Field Retail Sales Representative
Moen
• Maximize revenue and ensure customer satisfaction throughout retail locations in an established territory • Training, coaching, and driving sales revenue across Millwork, In-Home, and Pro sales departments • Manage account relationships and provide support for Fiberon, Therma-Tru, and Fypon product lines • Conduct product knowledge sessions to retail staff and implement sales initiatives • Partner with Pro Sales teams and distributor reps to drive awareness and support Pro-focused programs
Job Requirements
- 1+ year of sales experience (ideally client facing)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong communication skills and enjoys talking with people and building long-lasting relationships
- Ability to prioritize competing tasks, create action plans, and follow through to completion
