• Investigate, prepare complete scope and report on personal and commercial lines property losses. • Position requires extensive personal contact with insureds, their legal representatives and customer agents. • Occasional contact with law enforcement officials may be required. • Operate on an independent basis with limited supervision in handling/settling a high volume of claims within assigned authority. • Follow estimating guidelines and adhere to field adjuster turnaround times. • In the case of a Catastrophe event, you may be deployed to the field to inspect losses for a defined period of time to facilitate progressive adjudication during the event. You would be eligible for CAT pay during this deployment. • Provide excellent customer service to our internal and external customers. • Performs other duties as assigned. • Conforms with all corporate policies and procedures.

• Process new business, renewals, and endorsements and billing transactions according to established department policies and procedures • Communicates and collaborates with internal and external stakeholders in a professional manner when additional information is needed ensuring timely processing • Maintains detailed policy documentation and updates customer information as necessary • Rate endorsements/transactions for multiple lines of business • Develops and maintains positive customer relations and coordinates with various functions within the company • Perform pre-underwriting task for policy transactions based on Company processing procedures and underwriting guidelines or complete preparatory work • Order reports for new business, renewal and endorsements as required such as CLUE, MVR, SOCRECARD, DADS, etc • Maintain acceptable productivity and quality levels established by management • Perform all tasks with direction of supervisor • Performs other duties as assigned • Conforms with all corporate policies and procedures

• As a Senior Field Sales Representative you will have the chance to build and execute strategies to build our your agency and sales plan including recruiting and inspiring new agents as well as creating depth in the existing agency relationships. • Develop and monitor territorial/state agency plans. • Spearhead agency/territorial review process. • Execute the entire life cycle of appointments including prospecting, soliciting, appointing, developing, and evaluating. • Know and properly administer the various components of the customer bonus plan. • Manage Agency Production Initiatives by utilizing available marketing tools and sufficient submission activity to meet territorial objectives. • Establish and monitor individual customer commitments (i.e., business plans, loans, overrides, bonus), and initiate corrective action where necessary. • Develop and monitor territorial/state line of business growth plans that are in adherence with the Marketing Plan Classifications. • Determine profitability by various methods, including but not limited to accident year loss ratios, calendar year loss ratios, allowable loss ratios, and return on sales (ROS) measurements. • Own loyalty and retention initiatives such as relationship building at all levels of an agency; develop rapport with industry peers and trade associations; coordinate territory functions/breakfast meetings; develop relationships with internal departments necessary to achieve corporate objectives; inform producers of new merchandising areas; use ACE to inform agent-customers of success/new business write, product enhancements, etc. • Develop and monitor territorial/state target market plans.
