Platform Administrator

Oddball

• Administer and support enterprise platforms such as Tableau Server, MOVEit, Windows Server, Linux, and related DHA data platform tooling. • Manage platform configurations, access controls, and environment governance to maintain secure and reliable operations. • Support operational sustainment activities including patching coordination, monitoring, logging, and system health validation across multiple environments. • Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and full stack teams to troubleshoot issues impacting dashboards, integrations, and platform performance. • Assist with platform provisioning, deployment coordination, and configuration aligned with enterprise delivery standards. • Maintain technical documentation, runbooks, and operational procedures supporting long-term sustainment within DHA’s enterprise environment. • Participate in security and compliance activities supporting RMF-aligned operations, audit readiness, and platform hardening efforts.

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience administering enterprise platforms or infrastructure within a federal, DoD, or DHA-aligned environment.
  • Experience supporting one or more enterprise platforms such as Tableau, MOVEit, Talend, Windows Server, Linux, or similar data platform ecosystems.
  • Understanding of access management, environment governance, and operational sustainment practices within regulated healthcare or defense environments.
  • Familiarity working alongside data engineering, analytics, or application delivery teams supporting enterprise data systems.
  • Ability to troubleshoot platform issues and collaborate across technical and functional stakeholders.
  • Experience supporting security and compliance processes aligned with RMF, NIST, or similar frameworks.
  • Strong communication and documentation skills within Agile or iterative delivery environments.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.
