• Exploratory testing of existing app features and reporting functional, UI, and UX issues based on guidance from the Product Lead. • Testing newly developed features and product improvements before release. • Testing features and retesting fixes in release builds when preparing new app releases. • Reproducing bugs and gathering useful details to help developers understand the issue, including steps to reproduce, screenshots, screen recordings, device information, and expected vs. actual behavior. • Working with QA automation engineers to ensure manually identified bugs are reviewed for automation where relevant. • Occasionally checking the website, Apple App Store, and Google Play product pages to make sure there are no obvious issues. • Reviewing product requirements for new features from a user perspective and flagging anything that feels unclear, confusing, or difficult to use. • Documenting how features work in the app based on hands-on exploration and testing.

• Own the monthly close and the timely publication of clean management accounts to FP&A on the agreed cadence. The deadline is cultural - met every month. The first phase is establishing the cadence and data-quality standards on a solid foundation; the cycle is then expected to compress over time as systems, controls and team capability mature • Own the integrity and quality of the books - accruals, reconciliations, journal entries, intercompany - to a standard that supports confident downstream use by FP&A, Exec and Investors • Define and enforce the data-quality boundary with Crypto Operations - on-chain transaction records arriving complete, reconciled and ready for entry to the books, with the upstream feedback loop owned where they don't. The integrity of the books cannot be policed downstream of bad data • Own the statutory accounts and local filings for each of the group's sister entities across multiple jurisdictions; coordinate with local accountancy firms where useful, expanding the network where it improves throughput or quality • Account confidently for complex financial instruments and digital-asset positions - options and FX hedges, DeFi positions, native token operations - and the IFRS / US GAAP treatments these require. Use Cryptio (and any external technical-accounting advice you commission) effectively • Own the financial-controls framework - segregation of duties, control owners, periodic review - and bring discipline and structure to the function • Lead, mentor and develop the small accounting team, with capacity and intent to expand. Hands-on enough to fix anything yourself, with a team that does the low-level work as it scales • Drive the adoption of AI and modern automation across Finance operations - in partnership with internal technical resources - progressively removing low-level work from the team and freeing capacity for higher-value activity. Pace calibrated to what the function can absorb at the time • Establish the function in a posture that is verifiably investor-diligence-ready by year-end, and maintain that posture as the business scales • Partner with FP&A (who own management commentary, variance analysis and dashboards), with Treasury / Crypto Operations (who hand over the on-chain transaction record), and with external service providers (local accountants, payroll provider) to keep the function running smoothly

• Own the day-to-day operation, integrity and security of the group's on-chain treasury across multiple legal entities and jurisdictions, operating fluently within a sophisticated multi-Safe + Zodiac (Roles, Delay) wallet architecture. You anticipate failure modes before they materialise and then implement structures and processes to mitigate them. • Own the operational response stack end-to-end - monitoring, alerting, runbooks, drills, on-call escalation, post-mortems. Existing work in this area is taken over, rationalised, productionised and extended; net-new is built where required • Own incident response - define what constitutes a treasury emergency, the escalation path, and the operational mechanisms that allow the architecture to absorb incidents without heroics. Within six months, the team's escalation path of last resort runs through you, not the CFO. Personally accountable when true incidents occur, including out of hours • Help manage the liquidity component of the treasury within a defined risk mandate. Execute positioning across wallets and chains based on forward-looking instructions from FP&A, and engage with counterparties on hedging, on/off-ramping and liquidity execution. • Own crypto and fiat payment execution and the wallet signing workflow - operating it as a structured, auditable process with commercial rationale captured at the point of decision • Own crypto treasury reporting - position reconciliation, dashboard data quality, and the on-chain transaction record handed to Finance - to a standard that meets the needs of internal users (including FP&A for their forecasting work), community transparency and investor diligence • Inherit and grow design ownership of the wallet architecture from the CFO over time, taking the pen on its continued evolution. • Own the cold-custody programme and the operational disciplines that keep the recovery path live across the Foundation's multi-year horizon - hardware key custody arrangements, fiduciary succession, periodic wake-up drills. • Contribute to investment planning of the liquidity treasury tranche through the Investment Committee • Partner closely with the rest of the Finance team and with adjacent Security and Investment functions on shared operational and architectural concerns

• Design, implement, and maintain sophisticated tools for analyzing distributed systems at scale, ensuring robust and efficient testing processes. • Orchestrate and automate large-scale deployments to rigorously validate the functionality, performance, and scalability of complex distributed systems. • Identify, document, reproduce, and troubleshoot intricate issues in distributed environments, collaborating closely with IFT project teams to resolve challenges. • Develop a comprehensive understanding of IFT project protocols and components to provide insightful analyses that drive improvements and inform decision-making. • Create and maintain scripts that model protocol behavior, utilizing these models to validate and sanity-check large-scale deployment runs. • Work with Docker, Kubernetes, and POSIX-like systems
