Title : Project Business Office Director Job Description: Location: Remote with 100% travel throughout US Position Overview The Project Business Office Director will report to the Vice President of Revenue Cycle Operations. This position will serve as interim BOD at Acadia Healthcare Hospitals and complete special projects as assigned. This position provides direction to business office staff including Financial Counseling, Billing, Collections and Data Entry. Monitors and reports on key metrics such as cash collections, days outstanding, unbilled, denials, etc., in conjunction with the CFO. Complete follow-up meetings with referral sources as needed. - Prepare and present regular reports, identifying trends, additional referral opportunities and obstacles to retention and growth. - Provide staff management to include hiring, development, training, performance management and communication to ensure effective and efficient department operation. OTHER FUNCTIONS: - Perform other functions and tasks as assigned. EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/SKILL REQUIREMENTS: - Bachelor's degree required. Master's degree preferred. - Experience (as outlined below) may be accepted in lieu of degree as approved by VP Business Development - Five or more years' related experience in healthcare business development role required. - One or more years' supervisor experience required. Role Description The Business Development Manager will be the market and application expert for assigned products in the E-Fulfillment business portfolio. They will actively pursue new business opportunities within the largest e-Fulfillment accounts.
