Operations - Growth Manager

ClickGUARD

Operations - Growth Manager Contract Job Code: CI-42851 Remote Job South America America Central America Europe United States Job Description We are seeking a high-leverage, systems-driven Operations Growth Manager to own the execution of ClickGuard's business plan and lead our day-to-day operations. This is the classic EOS Integrator role adapted for a high-velocity, "AI-First" environment. You will serve as the organizational anchor, financial gatekeeper, and structural tie-breaker for the leadership team, freeing the Visionary (CEO) to focus entirely on macro strategy and long-term vision. Your superpower is not just "managing process,” but rather balancing a vision with deep emotional intelligence. You don't just build processes, you act as the cultural glue and coach for the distributed team. It's forcing structure onto chaos, mandating data truth, removing cross-functional barriers, and ruthlessly driving the Leadership Team to achieve our core financial and operational Rocks. You will directly manage the Leadership Team (Sales, Customer Success, Product, Engineering, and Finance) and hold full accountability for the company's execution, P&L performance, and operating leverage. Key Responsibilities Operations Enablement - Direct Team Management: Manage, lead, and hold accountable the cross-functional Leadership Team (Sales Lead, Engineering Lead, and interim functional seats). - The Cultural Glue: Act as the ultimate bridge between remote, async-first departments, breaking down operational silos and maintaining high team energy, alignment, and psychological safety. - The Visionary/Integrator Dynamic: Partner with the CEO (Visionary) to filter macro strategy into executable 90-day Company Rocks, protecting the team from operational drag, scope creep, and non-core initiatives. P&L & Business Plan Execution - Financial Accountability: Own the execution of the business plan to protect gross margins and scale revenue without proportional headcount growth. - Unit Economic Optimization: Systematically monitor and optimize cross-functional metrics (specifically targeting customer payback periods) and LTV benchmarks ($7.5k Human Setup standard). - Tie-Breaking: Act as the final operational tie-breaker for all cross-functional disputes, resolving conflicts through data-driven objective "Truth" combined with empathetic Workflow & Systems Engineering - HubSpot Architectural Integrity: Maintain and audit our single source of truth (HubSpot CRM), ensuring all cross-functional lifecycles, handoffs, and outbound outreach cadences are cleanly instrumented and automated. - AI-First Process Automation: Ruthlessly identify manual bottlenecks across GTM and operations, replacing legacy processes with autonomous AI agents and automated workflows to maintain exceptional operating leverage. - Friction Elimination: Bridge the gap between Engineering velocity, Product discovery, and Customer Success to minimize product friction and eliminate the Month 3 retention drops. Required Skills & Experience - 5–10+ Years as an Integrator/COO: Proven experience operating as a formal Integrator (EOS/Traction framework experience highly preferred) or Operations Role in a B2B SaaS or High-Velocity Agency environment. - P&L Management: Concrete experience owning or protecting an operating budget, managing margins, and executing a business plan. - Systems Architecture Mindset: You do not just "oversee" software; you architect workflows. You think in inputs, logic gates, and automated outputs. - High-Spine Accountability: Comfortable having difficult, candid conversations. You manage by objective metrics and have a track record of identifying and transitioning underperforming talent. - Coaching & People Development: A proven track record of mentoring and scaling distributed teams in async-first environments. You know how to develop "A-Players" and manage remote team dynamics. - Bias for High Operating Leverage: A deep commitment to scaling software and AI capabilities over human headcount. Technical Proficiency - ClickUp: Expert-level project workflow management, productivity tracking, and AI automation. - HubSpot CRM Ecosystem: (Expert Level) Absolute mastery of pipeline structures, custom properties, cross-object workflows, and server-side data instrumentation. - Project Management Suites: Deep familiarity with modern PM frameworks (ClickUp, Linear, or equivalent agile/sprint tracking tools). - Data Visualization & BI: Ability to construct, audit, and read executive dashboards to enforce scorecard visibility. - Automation Engineering: Strong conceptual and execution knowledge of automated workflows (Make, Zapier, or native AI-agent integrations). Logistics - Remote, async-first team culture. - Must have overlapping availability for live syncs between 7 AM and 2 PM EST. - Full-time, long-term leadership position. Who You Are - An Architectural Thinker: You look at a business and see an interconnected machine. You naturally classify problems into Target, Machine, or Fuel issues. - Ruthlessly Analytical: You do not make decisions based on "gut feeling" or "team vibes." You demand data "Truth." - Comfortable in Ambiguity: You don't need a playbook written for you; your job is to build the definitive playbook for everyone else. What's in it for you? - Competitive salary - Compensation that reflects your expertise and contributions. - High-impact role – You'll be leading product decisions in a company that values speed, innovation, and customer obsession. - Hands-on environment – We operate lean, so your contributions will be direct and meaningful. - Fast-growing industry – AdTech / MarTech is a quickly evolving space, making this an exciting space to be in. All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, race, color, religion, national origin, disability, protected veteran status, age, or any other characteristic.
