Role Summary MetaPhase is supporting a federal client delivering mission-critical programs aligned to regulatory and national priorities. In this role, the ServiceNow Project Manager will lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of ServiceNow platform implementations and enhancements, with a focus on technical execution and system delivery. In support of this project, MetaPhase is seeking a ServiceNow Project Manager with at least 10 years of relevant experience to work closely with developers, architects, Business Analysts, and stakeholders to manage the full lifecycle of ServiceNow solutions, including integrations, platform configurations, and releases. This role requires strong project management skills, technical fluency in the ServiceNow ecosystem, and the ability to bridge business and technical teams. What You Will Be Doing - Lead the planning and execution of ServiceNow technical projects, including implementations, enhancements, and integrations - Define project scope, timelines, milestones, deliverables, and technical dependencies - Coordinate cross-functional teams including developers, architects, QA testers, and Business Analysts - Manage technical risks, issues, dependencies, and release timelines across the ServiceNow platform - Translate technical concepts, risks, and delivery status into clear communications for stakeholders - Oversee system integration efforts between ServiceNow and external systems (e.g., APIs, MID Server connections) - Support Agile delivery processes and collaborate with Scrum Masters and Product Owners - Monitor project performance, track delivery metrics, and provide regular reporting - Facilitate technical discussions, working sessions, and design reviews - Ensure adherence to platform best practices, security requirements, and governance standards What We Need From You (Required) - Minimum of 10 years in project management, technical delivery, or related field - Hold a current PMP - Experience managing ServiceNow implementations, integrations, or platform enhancement projects - Experience working in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery environments - Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders - Experience working in federal government agencies - Experience with tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, MS Project, or Smartsheet - Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), release management, and deployment processes What Sets You Apart (Preferred) - Familiarity with ServiceNow modules such as CSM, SecOps, ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, or CSM - Familiarity with system integration concepts (e.g., REST/SOAP APIs, data exchange, middleware) - ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or other ServiceNow certifications - CSM, PMI-ACP, or similar certification Work Location - Remote with potential visits to client office in Washington, DC on a ad hoc basis Education Level - Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology or related field.
