Senior Reporting Analyst, Customer Success Operations

• Design, develop, and maintain advanced reports, dashboards, and metrics using business intelligence tools to track, forecast, and proactively manage the performance and strategic impact of all Customer Success initiatives • Lead collaboration with Data Engineering, Data Analytics, and Product teams to establish data integrity standards, streamline complex reporting processes, and drive the automation of data extraction and transformation across critical Customer Success data domains • Present findings and recommendations to Customer Success leadership and other cross-functional teams in a clear, concise, and actionable manner • Collaborate with data engineering, data analytics, and product teams to ensure data integrity, streamline reporting processes, and automate data extraction where possible • Focus on data related to the impact of SmarterDx's suite of AI solutions on hospital performance and earned revenue

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Finance, or a related discipline
  • 5+ years of experience as a Reporting Analyst, Business Intelligence Analyst, or a similar operational data-focused role, preferably in a high-growth SaaS or Health Tech environment
  • Expert proficiency in SQL for querying, manipulating, and optimizing queries on large, complex datasets
  • 5+ years of experience with advanced data visualization and reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Power BI, etc), including managing platform deployment and governance
  • Proven ability to independently translate complex, ambiguous business questions and requirements into technical reporting specifications and high-impact, actionable insights for senior leadership
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal, with a history of presenting complex data to C-suite and non-technical audiences.

Develop standard operating procedures that improve performance. Leverages AI and automation to efficiently analyze and correlate data, enabling rapid diagnosis and triage of complex events. Basic scripting skills in languages like Python or PowerShell for automating repetitive tasks, data parsing, or simple tool integrations is preferred. Proficiency in analyzing and actioning various types of security logs and/or events (vulnerability management, DLP, endpoint detection and response (EDR), SIEM, etc.). Customer Engagement Monitor, identify and analyze key events and data points across in-scope environments leveraging customer’s Cyera deployment. Prepare and present reports to customers that highlight key observations and suggested remediation activities and track performance through dashboards, trend analysis, and risk posture insights. Prepare and deliver reporting tied to open source and dark web intelligence queries. Assist with incident response efforts when needed. Support peer Analysts and provide customer escalation assistance as needed. Customer Success and Data Security Executive Support Partner with Customer Success Engineering (CSE) team in delivering agreed upon outcomes. Support customers as they transition through key onboarding/implementation tollgates into ongoing management and operationalization phases. Support ongoing platform integration, tuning and configuration activities. Support Customer Success team in resolving customer problems and securing renewals. Assist Customer Success with the execution of QBRs and other customer touchpoints. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: COMPENSATION INFORMATION: Compensation Range: $75,000 -$130,000. The range represents base salary only, and does not include company bonus, incentive for sales roles, equity or benefits, as applicable. This compensation range represents Cyera’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of posting, and Cyera may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. The final salary for this position will be determined in Cyera’s sole discretion, consistent with applicable law, and based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to the employee’s work experience, skills, and qualifications for the role, as well as the needs of Cyera’s business and other operational considerations. Final compensation will vary based on seniority and relevance of experience, location, and position requirements.
