BEST IN SYSTEMS TECHNOLOGY RESEARCH & DEVELOPMENT CORPORATIONS
• Own the development, maintenance, and continuous improvement of all Contracts policies, procedures, and standard operating guidelines • Create and manage a library of templates, tools, and reference materials that enable consistent execution across the function • Design, coordinate, and deliver training programs for contracts including onboarding, skills development, and compliance-related learning • Build and maintain knowledge management platforms (e.g., SharePoint, intranet sites) that serve as centralized hubs for function resources and communications • Lead cross-functional operations initiatives, coordinating with Programs, Legal, Finance, HR, and other departments to ensure alignment and consistency • Partner with Business Contracts and Leadership to identify process gaps and drive continuous improvement across operational workflows • Support ERP as well as evolving technology and AI efforts from an operational and training perspective • Manage and develop a high-performing operations team with a focus on employee experience, talent growth as well as operational efficiency
Job Requirements
- BS/BA required with 12+ years of experience in contracts and/or supply chain, with demonstrated leadership in drive change and transforming organizations
- Deep knowledge of government contracting, including domestic and international programs
- Proven ability to build operational infrastructure — policies, procedures, systems, and knowledge environments — from the ground up
- Experience driving cross-functional initiatives and communicating effectively across all levels of an organization
- Ability to obtain a security clearance for which U.S. citizenship is required.

Position OverviewThe Adops Manager will be responsible for leading initiatives to grow in-app monetization by optimizing and managing a large landscape of networks, for the highest grossing game in the company. However, base pay offered is based on market location, and may vary further depending on individualized factors for job candidates, such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and other objective business considerations. Subject to those same considerations, the total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a bonus and/or equity awards and eligibility to participate in our 401(K) plan and Employee Stock Purchase Program.
