Total Productive Management (TPM) - Perform TPM 6S Audit Gemba Walks in the Fab using the 6S audit checklist and report performance to site leadership. - Collaborate with areas and support the application of TPM steps according to the standard. - Prioritize tasks and bring up roadblocks to the implementation of TPM steps. - Participate in weekly site TPM meetings hosted by the site champion. - Host monthly Site TPM forums with site leadership and Asia/Global TPM meetings. - Formulate new TPM projects or build improvements. - Identify gaps in the TPM program for improvement using site BKMs. - Lead Labor Efficiency Programs and other sub-projects. - Collaborate with TPM site owners to resolve site challenges. - Build methodologies to improve TPM benchmarks globally. - Embrace benchmarking and deliver strategies to close gaps. - Challenge complacency and ensure continuous improvement. Standardization of practices & BKMs in Process Areas - Tackle ongoing challenges, foster improvements, and eliminate wastes in Process Areas. - Channel improvements and lessons learned from various forums into global area forums to decide on standards for deployment, implementation, and audit. - Build a collection of area-level BKMs for Equipment & Process Engineers to reference standards related to the setup of equipment and associated processes. - Align PM Procedures, MVC, and PAR across the Micron network for shared workstations. - Integrate procedures into a system that allows Engineers & Technicians to access procedures, key recordables, and measure PM Success from a tablet/notebook. - Apply system-level BKMs across process areas worldwide. - Work with Fab groups and the Central Team to maintain alignment in your area(s) of responsibility. - Communicate and respond to issues in a timely manner, with a cadence appropriate to the priority of the issue. - Keep collaborators and team members informed of project status, progress, and roadblocks/opportunities. - Complete assignments in an accurate, detailed, and timely manner. - Maintain awareness of equipment and area materials safety concerns in the area of focus. Qualifications and Skills - Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related field of study. - 5 years of experience in a manufacturing plant is desirable. - In-depth knowledge of Process and Equipment perspectives. - Area content knowledge with experience in area methods, systems, and tools.
