Senior Data Scientist – Credit

ASAAS

• Collaborate with Credit teams, including Policy, Analysis, Monitoring and Collections. • Lead end-to-end Data Science projects, from problem definition and scoping with Product/Operations, through solution development and experimentation, to production delivery. • Perform regular monitoring of data drift and concept drift using frameworks such as NannyML. • Conduct studies to identify patterns and insights that improve the efficiency of our Credit operation. • Develop and maintain metrics, KPIs, reports and dashboards for our credit products and operations. • Stay up to date with best practices in applied Data Science and development productivity (including AI-assisted development tools), evaluating and proposing improvements suited to the context and delivery quality.

Job Requirements

  • Strong experience applying Machine Learning techniques and statistical modeling to business problems (e.g., regression, classification, time series).
  • Experience with application, behavior or collection models, and credit metrics and KPIs—especially postpaid card products for corporate (PJ) clients.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Python and Spark for large-scale data manipulation and analysis.
  • Familiarity with code versioning practices (Git).
  • Solid knowledge of Statistics, Statistical Inference and Hypothesis Testing.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Physics or related fields.
