Role Description The Project Leader - Biostatistician (PL-Stat) is critical to the successful conduct of government-sponsored clinical research projects, serving as the matrix leader of the core project team. In addition to serving as study Biostatistician, the PL-Stat is accountable for successful delivery of clients' statement of work activities within timeline and budget. The PL-Stat develops and maintains a positive relationship with clients and other external stakeholders, oversees deliverable quality, mentors staff, and works collaboratively across departments to accomplish project goals. Role Description As the Senior Project Manager - IFS Cloud, you would play a critical role in delivering one of BVI's key global transformation initiatives. Reporting jointly to the CIO and the Corporate Applications & ERP Global Lead, you would lead the day-to-day execution of a strategic, multi-year ERP implementation program. In this highly collaborative and hands-on role, you would coordinate internal business stakeholders, functional teams, and external System Integrators (SIs) to ensure the successful delivery of IFS Cloud across BVI's global operations. You would help maintain alignment, manage risks and dependencies, and drive delivery momentum in a fast-paced international environment.
