Role Description Telgorithm is hiring our first dedicated Technical Product Manager to own day-to-day product execution across small and medium product decisions. Today, many product details and decisions are handled directly by our CTO. We are looking for someone who can take ownership of those details: - Clarifying ambiguous requirements - Defining expected product behavior - Making thoughtful UX and technical product decisions - Writing or reviewing clear specs - Working closely with engineering, QA, Support, Customer Success, and GTM teams to move work forward This is not a project manager or task coordinator role. We need someone who can think through product behavior, make well-reasoned decisions, communicate clearly, and reduce ambiguity for the team. Qualifications - 5+ years of experience in the software industry - 2+ years of experience in a Technical Product Manager, Business Analyst, Product Owner, or similar role - Comfort working with technical SaaS products, including APIs, webhooks, JSON payloads, logs, error codes, permissions, and integrations - Strong written communication skills with the ability to create clear, organized, developer-friendly documentation and specifications - 2+ years managing a team - Professional proficiency in both English (B2+) and Russian (C1+) - Bachelor’s degree in a technical field Requirements - Ability to independently analyze requirements, make day-to-day product decisions, and balance technical and user experience considerations - Ability to operate independently and manage multiple concurrent initiatives effectively Benefits - Fully remote work arrangement - Flexible time off; including paid vacation and sick leave - Employee stock options Interview Process Our interview process is designed to help us better understand your experience, working style, and approach to product execution while also giving you the opportunity to learn more about how we work as a team.
