Technical Product Manager – Integrations

• Be driven by continuous development, leaving your comfort zone and constantly deepening your technical knowledge of the integrations ecosystem • Remove obstacles and deliver major projects in coherent, high-value increments, ensuring backward compatibility and API stability • Make decisions based on data and concrete facts, defining and tracking technical and product metrics (API adoption, integration time, error rate, latency, uptime) • Work closely with software engineering, data engineering, design, commercial and growth teams • Understand the developer experience (DX) to deliver the best possible solution, considering gains, effort and technical impact, including documentation, versioning and integration onboarding flows • Evaluate technical specifications, backward compatibility plans and implementation trade-offs together with the engineering team • Identify opportunities to drive integrator adoption and retention through strategic improvements to the integration journey and API contracts • Contribute to the product's strategic vision, setting objectives based on business priorities, market timing, technology trends and the needs of customers and partner developers • Ensure all company areas are consulted or informed about product changes, especially those impacting backward compatibility, and work with marketing on technical communication to customers to generate engagement.

Job Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Product Manager, Technical Product Manager or equivalent role working on technical products (APIs, integrations, developer platforms)
  • Background or practical experience in Software Development
  • Hands-on knowledge of SQL with the ability to explore data and run queries autonomously
  • Knowledge of REST APIs, webhooks, integration flows and concepts such as authentication (OAuth, API keys), versioning, rate limiting and error handling
  • Ability to read and interpret API technical documentation and discuss it with engineering teams
  • Knowledge in data analysis and core product metrics, with a focus on technical metrics (adoption, latency, availability)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse audiences (business, engineering, customers)
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and experience working closely with engineering teams in software development cycles
