• Coordinating and effectively communicating with all personnel within the program, including 1099 field investigators. • Managing all investigative Add Leads requests on cases, including scoping leads in the Case Management System. • Performing QC of case received documents, attachments and materials. • Analyzes public records, such as law enforcement reports, bankruptcies, judgements, and collection actions against the subject of investigations. • Performing review duties to include QC of leads scheduled, assigned and accepted by field investigators to ensure case coverage is met. • Performing a check of completed field investigations for compliance with national standards (FIS-Federal Investigative Standards) and DHS customer requirements and if additional work or corrections are needed to ensure this is completed. • Scoping received cases and inputting into the case management system. • Monitoring timeliness of items being worked in the case life cycle to ensure records and interviews are completed in a timely manner. • Monitoring Quality of completed investigative work and report areas of improvement to Reviewer Supervisor to coordinate with training.

• Assign appropriate ICD-10-CM and CPT-4 codes to outpatient visit types • Assign Evaluation and Management codes for physician encounters • Review the medical record thoroughly and code appropriate diagnoses, procedures, and evaluation and management services • Collaborate with Patient Accounting, Registration, case managers, and other clinical areas to provide coding reimbursement expertise • Interpret health record documentation using knowledge of anatomy, physiology, clinical disease process, pharmacology, and medical terminology to report appropriate diagnoses and/or procedures • Follow ICD-10-CM Official Guidelines for Coding and Reporting and maintain a minimum of 95% coding accuracy • Resolve NCCI, NCD/LCD or other outpatient edit claim failures as assigned • Meet established minimum coding productivity and quality standards for each outpatient encounter type

The Collection & Monitoring Analyst is a part of UnitedHealth Group's Enterprise Risk Intelligence team supporting open-source intelligence (OSINT) research and monitoring online threat activity related to identified Persons of Interest (POIs) and emerging risks to the organization. This role focuses on collecting, analyzing, and reporting publicly available information to help identify potential security concerns impacting employees, facilities, executives, and operations. The analyst works under the direction of senior intelligence staff and contributes to investigations and monitoring activities by producing timely, accurate, and well-documented intelligence outputs. Strong online research skills, attention to detail, and familiarity with social media and digital platforms are essential for success in this role. This position is full time (40 hours/week) Monday - Friday. Employees are required to have flexibility to work any of our 8-hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of 8:00 am – 5:00 pm. It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime. We offer weeks of on-the-job training. Requirements - Conduct OSINT research in support of POI-related security inquiries, using publicly available online, social media, and digital sources. - Collect, organize, and document relevant information associated with individuals of security concern in accordance with established procedures. - Assist senior analysts with background research, timeline development, and activity tracking related to POIs. - Identify potential indicators of concerning behavior, escalation, or targeting based on online activity and open-source information. - Maintain clear and accurate case notes, source citations, and supporting documentation. - Monitor social media platforms, forums, blogs, and other online spaces for potential threats, hostile narratives, or emerging risks relevant to the organization. - Support ongoing monitoring of known threats, key events, or heightened risk periods by identifying and reporting relevant online indicators. - Assist with the detection of threatening, concerning, or suspicious online communications directed at personnel, facilities, or business operations. - Escalate identified risks or anomalies to senior intelligence or security personnel following defined workflows. - Draft concise intelligence summaries, monitoring updates, and incident support notes for internal stakeholders. - Support real-time or near-real-time monitoring during security events or incidents as directed. - Assist with triage and intake of intelligence-related requests, ensuring information is routed appropriately. - Follow established workflows, documentation standards, and information handling requirements. - Contribute to team metrics, reporting accuracy, and continuous improvement efforts.
