Job Description

Lab Information System Analyst

US Fertility

• Act as a liaison between vendors and clinical staff when new updates and workflow changes occur • Act as a system administrator for creating and maintaining user credentials and access privileges in relevant systems • Collaborate with Health Informatics and Integrations Manager to support integration efforts including supporting new lab equipment and new practices • Function as an LIS Super User aiding clinical staff as needed • Collaborate with leadership across all departments on enhancement initiatives, including participating in User Acceptance Testing and reviewing corresponding release notes • Support and help troubleshoot end user needs related to the LIS and supported applications • Collaborate with Clinical Operations and Clinical Education teams to update, add, and/or delete protocols, templates, and/or other pertinent clinical information within the LIS • Work with the USF IT department to implement new LIS clinical programs and educate staff on the use of new programs

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a clinical or allied health field
  • Proven working knowledge and a minimum of 4+ years’ experience with proprietary Practice software
  • Demonstrated organization, facilitation, communication, and presentation skills
  • Excellent interpersonal communication and problem-solving skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Works well independently and as a member of a multi-disciplinary team
  • Effective time management and organizational skills

The Collection & Monitoring Analyst is a part of UnitedHealth Group's Enterprise Risk Intelligence team supporting open-source intelligence (OSINT) research and monitoring online threat activity related to identified Persons of Interest (POIs) and emerging risks to the organization. This role focuses on collecting, analyzing, and reporting publicly available information to help identify potential security concerns impacting employees, facilities, executives, and operations. The analyst works under the direction of senior intelligence staff and contributes to investigations and monitoring activities by producing timely, accurate, and well-documented intelligence outputs. Strong online research skills, attention to detail, and familiarity with social media and digital platforms are essential for success in this role. This position is full time (40 hours/week) Monday - Friday. Employees are required to have flexibility to work any of our 8-hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of 8:00 am – 5:00 pm. It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime. We offer weeks of on-the-job training.
