Job Description

Case Analyst – Top Secret

Xcelerate Solutions

• Coordinating and effectively communicating with all personnel within the program, including 1099 field investigators. • Managing all investigative Add Leads requests on cases, including scoping leads in the Case Management System. • Performing QC of case received documents, attachments and materials. • Analyzes public records, such as law enforcement reports, bankruptcies, judgements, and collection actions against the subject of investigations. • Performing review duties to include QC of leads scheduled, assigned and accepted by field investigators to ensure case coverage is met. • Performing a check of completed field investigations for compliance with national standards (FIS-Federal Investigative Standards) and DHS customer requirements and if additional work or corrections are needed to ensure this is completed. • Scoping received cases and inputting into the case management system. • Monitoring timeliness of items being worked in the case life cycle to ensure records and interviews are completed in a timely manner. • Monitoring Quality of completed investigative work and report areas of improvement to Reviewer Supervisor to coordinate with training.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree or equivalent combination of education and experience + 5 years of experience
  • Active Top-Secret Clearance
  • Able to obtain approval from DHS government customers
  • Organization skills to balance and prioritize work
  • Interpersonal skills to interact with customers and team members
  • Communication skills
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Personal computer and business solutions software skills
  • Ability to identify, understand and apply federal, state and local changes to and/or new regulations/laws pertaining to personnel investigations

  • Ability to synthesize information, identify key findings and determine conclusions
  • Strong writing skills and proficiency with PC and networked environments.

The Collection & Monitoring Analyst is a part of UnitedHealth Group's Enterprise Risk Intelligence team supporting open-source intelligence (OSINT) research and monitoring online threat activity related to identified Persons of Interest (POIs) and emerging risks to the organization. This role focuses on collecting, analyzing, and reporting publicly available information to help identify potential security concerns impacting employees, facilities, executives, and operations. The analyst works under the direction of senior intelligence staff and contributes to investigations and monitoring activities by producing timely, accurate, and well-documented intelligence outputs. Strong online research skills, attention to detail, and familiarity with social media and digital platforms are essential for success in this role. This position is full time (40 hours/week) Monday - Friday. Employees are required to have flexibility to work any of our 8-hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of 8:00 am – 5:00 pm. It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime. We offer weeks of on-the-job training.
