• Hit the ground running by crafting and executing a strategic sales plan, diving into a pool of prospects and developing solid relationships that lead to fruitful business opportunities. • Actively manage the full sales cycle—qualifying leads, nurturing prospects, and closing deals—while working closely with our top-notch presales team. • Engage deeply with key decision-makers, ensuring they understand the transformative power of our solutions, and how they can leverage Verint to enhance their customer experience. • Leverage your creativity and insight to develop strategies that resonate well in the marketplace, driving demand and interest in our offerings. • Collaborate seamlessly with marketing to capitalize on campaigns, product launches, and promotions that resonate with your target audience. • Create and execute a regional sales plan including prospecting, developing pipeline and closing opportunities • Qualify and manage leads through the full sales cycle • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers • Support and leverage field marketing, product launches, product promotions, and other lead or sales generating programs • Effectively gather intelligence on markets, prospects, and competition using various resources • Meet or exceed quota expectations
Job Requirements
- 7+ years’ experience selling complex B2B software product(s)
- Excellent negotiation, communication and presentation skills.
- Experience in prospecting, and leveraging tools like Outreach, Sales Navigator, and ZoomInfo
- Demonstrated success using a consultative approach with key business and technical executives, especially technical CXOs, and VPs
- Consistent history of overachievement, with demonstrated success of multi-year quota achievement
- An accountable team player with a tenacious drive to win
- A college or university degree; technical disciplines or backgrounds are preferred
- Experience with MEDDDPIC used to Drive Business Outcomes with your customers and Prospects.
- Ability to travel up to 50%

• Serves as a key point of contact for WM's Small/Medium business customers. • Focuses on retaining and growing the team's book of business. • Manages inbound call requests and proactive customer outreach. • Prevents customer cancellations and secures updated contract agreements. • Utilizes change management processes to meet sales demands. • Controls sales assignments by allocating time to retention and acquisition goals. • Explores alternatives to reach mutually beneficial sales agreements. • Contributes to team responsibilities in a team environment. • Navigates through systems ensuring accurate documentation of customer interactions. • Uses WM sales productivity software tools such as Salesforce.com. • Analyzes reports and handles general administrative duties as needed.
• Develop and execute a sales strategy within the assigned market segment • Understand the prospect’s business through excellent discovery and qualification • Deliver the Built value proposition in a clear and compelling manner to C-suite executives and decision-makers who may have limited software experience • Qualify prospects and build business cases (e.g. ROI and workflow illustrations) for adoption • Progress opportunities through various types and sizes of companies involved in construction (commercial developers, investors, contractors) to close software agreements • Coordinate with executive management and other internal teams (client services, product, marketing, SE’s) to ensure a great client experience and to continuously improve processes and products • Rapidly learn the market, the decision-makers, our products, and the value propositions, successfully meeting or exceeding agreed-upon quotas
