District Sales Leader

• Provide leadership, vision, direction and focus for district sales team • Cleary communicate articulate business goals • Manage employee performance by clearly communicating expectations and coaching individuals on skills and abilities required for success • Identify skill gaps and work with team members with action plans to build on those gaps • Drive a safe, transparent, and empathetic work environment where team members feel valued, included and empowered to do their best work • Stand tall and model the way for the team and business in all facets • Work with the team to drive and execute “critical plays” with customers • Monitor key performance indicators that lead to business health and success • Provide input into sales strategies and programs and execute plans to achieve results • Drive segmentation to ensure appropriate energy, resources and focus resources are applied • Maintain collaboration with key stakeholders across the business functions to ensure business alignment • Develop relationships with key customer leadership teams both at the National and Independent level
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- Ability to recognize individual personalities, motivators, and emotional drivers to communicate effectively
- Innate ability to actively listen
- Ability to be agile and pivot as market and business drives
- Eight (8) years of marketing or sales experience including the leadership and development of employees and teams
