Role Description This is a remote position. As a Process Manager, you will: - Lead complex projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams. - Ensure the successful implementation of process improvement initiatives without direct supervisory responsibilities. - Leverage expertise in process optimization, project management, and change management to drive continuous improvement and deliver measurable results. - Focus on optimizing and improving IT-related processes within the organization. - Own and manage processes related to: - Demand Management - Strategic Portfolio Management - Application Portfolio Management - Time Tracking - Resource Management - Overall IT Administrative processes - Conduct in-depth analyses of existing processes, employing advanced statistical methods and data analytics techniques to identify root causes of inefficiencies, variations, and bottlenecks. - Lead cross-functional teams in dissecting complex operational challenges, fostering collaboration, and developing innovative solutions and best practices. - Drive the adoption of Lean Six Sigma methodologies and other process improvement frameworks. - Develop robust project plans, establish clear objectives, and define key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor progress and quantify the impact of process enhancements. - Collaborate closely with technology teams to evaluate, integrate, and optimize digital solutions, automation technologies, and data analytics platforms. Qualifications - Bachelors in Engineering, Healthcare, IT or related field - Minimum 8 years experience - Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certification (LSSBB)

Title: Upward Bound Chaperone, Upward Bound Location: Northwest United States Salary $15.00 Hourly Location Northwest--Maryville campus in Maryville, MO Job Type Temporary Job Number 735287 Department Upward Bound Job Description: EMPLOYMENT TERMS: Temporary, part-time position; July 14-17, 2026 PRIMARY DUTY: The Upward Bound Chaperone provides Upward Bound participants with direct supervision and support while ensuring their safety and well-being during scheduled overnight educational experiences. This position works closely with the Upward Bound Director and Coordinator of Counseling in a team-oriented environment to provide for the needs of the participants. Unfortunately, students currently enrolled at NWMSU are not eligible for this position.
