• Support consistent execution of Tire Center operations, merchandising programs, and service standards across assigned clubs • Ensure adherence to safety protocols, service quality expectations, and inventory processes • Conduct regular club visits to validate execution, identify gaps, and escalate disciplinary concerns • Partner with club leadership to drive improvements in workflow efficiency and member experience • Support delivery of Tire Center sales and profitability targets at the club level • Review key performance indicators (KPIs) including sales, attachment rates, productivity, and service levels to validate execution • Supports club teams in executing established sales initiatives • Identify performance gaps and partner with club teams to execute action plans • Leverage data and reporting tools to provide insights and track progress • Coach and develop Service Supervisors and Assistant Club Managers to improve execution and operational consistency • Reinforce training completion, certification standards, and adherence to SOPs • Support onboarding of new team members and reinforce best practices • Promote a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement • Act as a key liaison between clubs and the Automotive Regional Manager • Ensure clear communication of priorities, programs, and expectations to club teams • Provide feedback from the field on operational challenges and opportunities • Partner with cross-functional teams (Merchants, CSC, Training, Talent) to support execution • Support rollout of new automotive services, programs, and initiatives at the club level • Reinforce training execution and follow-up to ensure adoption and consistency • Assist in maintaining compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements

Job Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in retail, automotive, or multi-unit operations (preferred)
  • Experience in Tire Center or automotive service operations is a plus
  • Strong execution mindset with the ability to influence at the club level
  • Basic analytical skills with ability to interpret performance data
  • Effective communication and coaching skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and internal systems
  • Willingness to travel ~50–70% within assigned area
